Nashville International (BNA) is the home airport and the great majority of our airport work. We also cover Memphis International (MEM), McGhee Tyson in Knoxville (TYS), and Chattanooga Metropolitan (CHA), because we publish coverage of those cities and each one is far closer to its own airport than it is to Nashville. If you are travelling from Memphis, MEM is twenty minutes away and BNA is over three hours — we will tell you which makes sense for your flight.

We track the inbound flight from its departure city rather than working off the scheduled time, so a delay is something we already know about before you land. Your chauffeur will still be there and the price does not change. This is the single most common reason people move away from booking rides on arrival.

By default we meet you inside with a name board rather than texting you to find a vehicle somewhere in a parking structure. BNA runs a single terminal, so this is straightforward — but the walk from the gate out to the curb is longer than most visitors expect, especially with checked bags, which is exactly why meeting inside is worth it. If you would rather be collected curbside, tell us at booking and we will arrange that instead.

From one passenger up to twelve in a single vehicle, and larger groups across several. The fleet is a luxury sedan (3 passengers, 2 bags), a Cadillac Escalade, a Chevy Suburban and a GMC Yukon (6 passengers and 4 bags each), and a Sprinter van (12 passengers, 3 bags). Past six passengers, one van is usually a better experience than two SUVs — the group stays together, which matters more than people expect on a day with several stops.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are asked for most. We build the route around the distilleries you actually want rather than running a fixed loop, half-day or full-day, and the chauffeur handles the driving, the timing and the parking. The practical point is that a distillery day and a designated driver do not combine — this removes that problem so nobody in the group has to sit it out.

Yes. Ricono Transport operates as a licensed and insured chauffeured carrier, with commercial passenger liability insurance on every vehicle and professional chauffeurs. Certificates are available on request — for a wedding venue, an event organiser, or a company approving us as a vendor.

It depends far more on what is happening in the city than on how big your booking is. In an ordinary week a day's notice is usually plenty. During a large convention at Music City Center, a festival weekend, or a home game at Nissan Stadium, every transportation provider in Nashville is stretched at once — for those windows, book when you book the flights rather than when you finalise the agenda. Last-minute requests are always worth a call rather than an assumption.

We are based in Nashville, so Davidson and Williamson counties — Nashville, Franklin, Cool Springs and Brentwood — are everyday territory. We also serve Memphis, Knoxville and Chattanooga, and run out to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. Cross-state journeys are normal work: Nashville to Chattanooga is roughly two hours on I-24, and it is time you can actually use from the back seat.
